ADMI's administration environment sits within a creative and education context. The workplace therefore needed to support focused administrative work while still allowing collaboration, interaction and a recognisable institutional character.

Curzey's published scope includes workplace planning, interior design and technical documentation, with the project positioned around flexible work settings, meeting spaces and collaboration touchpoints.

The design uses a mix of work areas, meeting rooms, collaborative hubs and staff-support spaces. Instead of expecting one desk type to serve every task, the workplace creates a broader range of settings for concentration, meetings and informal interaction.

For education, technology and creative organisations, a workplace can support culture without becoming visually noisy or operationally vague. The important work is translating organisational behaviour into a clear planning strategy and then carrying that logic into the detailed design.
